LymeBytes! Symposium Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales for the LymeBytes! Symposium are final and non-refundable within 60 days of the event, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend.

If an in-person ticket holder is unable to attend the event, we are happy to provide access to the virtual symposium upon request. However, no refunds or credits will be issued for the price difference between in-person and virtual tickets.

Refund requests made more than 60 days prior to the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Vendor & Sponsorship Cancellation and Refund Policy

Vendor Exhibitor Cancellations
Vendors who reserve exhibition space but are unable to participate must submit a written cancellation request to the LymeBytes! Symposium organizers.

Cancellations received at least 105 days prior to the event: A refund of 50% of the vendor exhibit fee will be issued.
Cancellations received fewer than 105 days prior to the event: No refunds will be issued.

The 50% refund policy applies exclusively to vendor exhibit space fees and does not extend to sponsorship packages or other promotional opportunities.

Sponsorship Cancellations
All sponsorship purchases and commitments are final and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date or reason for cancellation. This includes sponsorship packages that incorporate vendor exhibit space, speaking opportunities, advertising, or other promotional benefits.

Event Cancellation by Organizers
If the LymeBytes! Symposium is canceled in its entirety by the organizers, all vendor and sponsorship fees paid will be refunded.
By purchasing vendor exhibit space or a sponsorship package, participants acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
